Best Indian Food in Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks

After a long day of travel we decide to eat in rather than go out. That way we could get our drink on and not have anyone drive compromised - wise decision. Had goat curry, samosa, garlic naan and spicy saffron rice delivered. I ate the curry and naan bread and was blown away - dynamite food. Curry was rich and spicy and meaty. Rice was plump and well cooked. Naan was delicious and not over garlicky. Breakdown: Delicious food delivered fast +5 stars. I would eat here every day.

Excellent food! We sat at the bar and Miguel served us up well. Great drink prices. The Masaman curry was spectacular and don’t forget to order the garlic Nan, So good! ❤️❤️

I enjoy this neighborhood gem's cozy atmosphere and authentic decor. Service is friendly and helpful with suggestions. The cheesy naan was gooey and so delicious. It paired well with the tangy Aloo Tiki (potato pancakes with onions and chutney). The chicken Korma was creamy and rich and nicely spicy. Jalfrezzi had broccoli, cauliflower & carrots cooked in a thick and savory yellow curry sauce with coconut milk. Both were outstanding and were served with basmati rice. Prices are reasonable.

Currently accepts Axxess card. Delicious food, charming setting, and friendly service. Had the mango curry with paneer ($13) and it was delicious--sweet and refreshingly unique. Also had the vindaloo curry with chicken ($14) which is not bad. There is also combination plates, happy hour, and a curry challenge.

Great service and amazing curry! Had he Mango Curry w/ dark chicken meat, Paneer w/mushrooms and garlic/cheese naan. Amazing flavor! Highly recommend!!!
